Heartache

Really appreciate continued prayers, for my heart. I am fighting a cold, can't sleep, and am feeling stressed. And...I can't call my daddy for help.

Lord, I lift up Rachel to you today. Give her peace despite her circumstances. Walk with her through the tough times, the waves of grief. Blessed are those who know You and mourn, for You are their comfort. Bless her today.

Hola, Raquel,
Mi nombre es Adela, soy de Iowa y conocemos a Jason y Sharon.
Larry my husband just talked to Jason today, we share a common granddaughter! We have worked with Jason in Ghana at the refugee camp. I read your letter saying you are stressed today, and just want you to know I will pray.
Larry is coming to Iquitos with a team in July, they are from Mpls. and will be doing tributary evangelism, this is an annual trip. Maybe you will meet him, time will tell. It is funny how God puts people together in His work around the world. Larry will be leading this team, was asked to do so. We could sure benefit from some supporters right now, have had little paying work all winter and God has called us to go for Him first and foremost. Larry was also asked to teach at the Bible camp near our home in June for a week, no pay there except meals. So we struggle with being poor yet we have much more than most in the world.
When did you lose your dad? Larry lost both his parents, we lost 3 parents in 3 years time! It is very sad. The great Comforter is the One we can always cling to, curl up in His arms, take a nap after giving all your grief to Him, the Burden Bearer. He is able, we are not.
Ps. 23 is a great comfort in time of loss. My dad quoted it from memory in his 90's, upon news of my bro. and sis in laws' grandpa's death when we were all at my daughter's engagement dinner. It was a huge blessing to hear him do this. There is no other help for those walking thru the Valley of the Shadow...than the Living God to come and assist us!
We were in Bolivia last summer, Larry was there 3 mo's. and I joined him for five weeks. It was awesome.
Our daughter Gracie has jaw surgery May 15, she is 18, it is cleft related. We can use prayer for her and the surgeons.
Thank you and remember sleep is a stress reliever. Sometimes missionaries do not take enough time for that.It is a gift of God.
In His love,
Adell and Larry Fellmet
